Retirement Homes

Atlanta is a great place for retires. The weather conditions are right. Atlanta is not as hot

as Florida nor as cold as New York. Atlanta has four seasons of mild weather. Winter is

brief and mild, spring is gorgeous and often starts in February lasting until May/June.

Summer is bright and sunny, fall is beautiful, warm and comforting.

We have many newly constructed and existing retirement homes and communities. Many

of our homes are Ranch Style, with one level (no stairs to climb). Retires can also

choose a two level house with the master bedroom on ground/main floor of the house,

called “master on the main” In essence you can use the first floor for personal use and

the upper level bedrooms could be used for family and friends. Special accommodations

can be made for individuals with disabilities.

Our communities are full of activities for retirees. Seniors can take advantage of outdoor

activities such as golf, boating, fishing, walking/jogging, swimming, etc., or relax indoors

in our lovely clubhouses.

Atlanta or Florida?:

Atlanta, Georgia is a better destination for retires because the weather conditions in

Atlanta is mild. Atlanta has four seasons as oppose to Florida which is mostly hot. The

winter is brief and mild, Spring is sunny and cool, Summer is sunny, Fall is warm and

comforting.

Starting in the low $100,000, home prices are much more affordable. Further the cost of

living including food, gas, home and car insurance, etc is lower in Georgia than in Florida.
