After you have indicated interest in purchasing
a home in Atlanta, Georgia, we will make
travel
arrangements for you to visit our homes and communities.
Generally, you will fly
to Atlanta on the weekend
for two days beginning on Friday returning on
Sunday. Other
travel arrangements could be made
as well.

will make arrangements

an option to custom build your home (which take
3-4 months) or to purchase a
new home that is
fully build and standing and in move-in condition.
If you select a home
that is standing, be prepared
to close on your home within 30 days. You are
under no
obligation to purchase a home upon your
visit. If you do select a home we will guide you
through the entire purchase, finance and closing

9. Can I buy a pre-exiting
home?
Sure, don’t limit yourself only to
newly constructed homes.
You can buy one of our beautiful homes built between
1 and 12 years or older. Our existing homes are
beautiful and in excellent conditions with lots
of land space.

state. How do I visit your communities?
Make your travel arrangement right on our website
or contact us. We will make your travel arrangement
for you right over the phone. Our travel arrangement
includes Flight and Hotel. Typically, client flies
into Atlanta on Friday returning on Sunday, spending
two nights at a hotel.
Our Agent will contact and pick up clients from
the hotel and take them around to our various
communities/homes.
12. How long will
it take to close on my new home?
If you choose to construct a new home, be prepared
to close in 3 – 4 months. If the home is
built and standing be prepared to close within
30 days.
13. How can I get
a mortgage to pay for my home?
We provide full mortgage services. We can pre-qualify
you to purchase your dream home, so you know just
how much home you can purchase.
